As the daughter of a real estate broker and closing attorney, the intricacies of real estate transactions are no stranger to Marianna. Marianna understands the importance of educating her clients every step of the way in a buying or selling transaction. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Auburn University where she majored in Education. Prior to acquiring her Georgia Salesperson License, she taught third grade in Charleston, South Carolina. Marianna is an avid runner. Since her return to Georgia, Marianna has enjoyed running in local races and is proud to be working with Jim Getzinger and the powerhouse Jim Getzinger & Co, who are consistently ranked among the top 10 teams in Atlanta.
